What we delivered:
Working closely with the Bazaar team, we designed a fully bespoke programme combining strategic insight with hands on execution. We delivered a 1 day, in person advanced eCommerce workshop at their UK offices, followed by 6 hours of tailored 1 to 1 online consultancy sessions.
The morning session focused on strategy and the wider D2C landscape, ensuring alignment across marketing and eCommerce stakeholders. The afternoon session deep dived into practical optimisation techniques for the team executing the eCommerce strategy day to day.
1-2-1 consultancy allowed us to support implementation, review live performance data, and provide practical recommendations tailored to their site and commercial goals.
